Anand Sundaresan, managing director of Schwing Stetter India, has bagged the "Exemplary Leader Award",
constituted by the 3rd Asia's Best Employer Brand Awards – 2012.

The award ceremony took place in Singapore and was hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD
Congress with CMO Asia as Strategic Partner and endorsed by Asian Confederation of Businesses.

On receiving the award, Anand Sundaresan, said: "I am delighted to have been honoured with this prestigious
