Shotcrete is an alternative and increasingly used means of placing concrete. Especially in modern tunnelling projects, shotcrete is placed both for post-excavation securing and as a devinitive lining. With the Top-Shot procedure, SCHWING has developed a technique for shotcreting large quantities of quality concrete economically. The machines and relevant accessories are purposefully coordinated in a self-contained delivery programme comprising concrete pumps, shotcrete manipulators, placing booms, proportioning equipment, shotcreting nozzles and delivery lines.

Top Shot Pump BPN 300RE
The BPN 300RE was developed for heavy duty Top Shot wet shotcreting applications, eg in tunneling projects.
The BPN 300RE can be used optionally as a wet shotcreting unit or as a concrete pump by switching over a valve.
The fully hydraulic control with output regulation permits the throughput to be adjusted continuously from 2 to 35 m3 per hour.
