The Schwing mid-range series is the ideal solution for you. Deployed wherever vast quantities of concrete have to be pumped horizontally or vertically, the pumps have become famed in the industry for their reliability, economy and ruggedness.

Schwing provides solutions for high delivery with low concrete pressure or low delivery with high concrete pressure ensuring high efficiency in both cases. All Schwing concrete pumps have an output governed hydraulic pump that ensures the prime mover is never overloaded. The automatic governor splits available engine output into oil flow and oil pressure and allows the pump
to run always at the optimum level.

At the same time, the manual de-stroker can be used to vary output independent of theautomatic governor for fine tuning. The open circuit and the 'Hi-Flow' integrated spool block apply minimum stress on the components and wear parts. The constant filtering and circulation this set-up offers reduces heat generation and so allows for prolonged operation.

During breaks in pumping, the main control spool switches to it's 'idle circuit' so that all the oil coming from the hydraulic pump has a pressure less back-flow to the tank, thereby making a further contribution towards keeping oil temperatures low. On Schwing pumps, no feed pump is necessary thanks to this design and this contributes further to the fuel-saving.

As a second function, the main spool also isolates the drive circuits from the concrete pump system. In this way, the
concrete cylinders are parked and support the column of concrete in the pipelines to ensure that there is no danger of
the concrete slipping back, segregating and overflowing from the hopper.
