In the series of truck mounted concrete pumps SCHWING S17 placing boom mounted on two axle truck provides flexibility
as a line pump and maneuverability as a boom pump ideal for inner city pumping. It can be used as a versatile line pump by
simply attaching a hard pipe at the outlet or use it for vertical pouring upto G + 3 floors.

Thanks to it's lightweight superstructure and modular design it is possible to mount on a 16 Ton truck that fulfills most of
our customer's needs. The compact size of this boom truck makes it usable under bridges, on barges, inside excavation and
dam sites. It is the ultimate 'Urban Machine' which can be used to pump many residential jobs with minimum set up time.

Rock Valve
Rock valve is engineered by SCHWING R&D after extensive studies of behavior of tough concrete in various developing countries. This rugged, reliable rock valve is highly suited for stiff, difficult mixes of concrete and ideal for use in combination with the long stroke pumping unit. An option that can be recommended is the hard facing layer for extremely long service life.

Flat Gate Valve
The two flat gate valves working independently have been especially developed for pumping concrete. Their working system with automatic adjustment permits trouble -free pumping even with badly worn parts.

Concrete Delivery
The delivery system has options of Flat gate valve / Rock valve system. Flat gate valve is known for its success with
tough concrete and Rock valve is known for its pumping characteristics, low wear behavior, rebuilding qualities and safety .
